1、全線完整而有效的集成智能化控制系統(tǒng)，并采用上位機(jī)監(jiān)控PLC幾種控制，觸摸屏顯示及操作；
2、玻璃清洗干燥機(jī)設(shè)計合理，上部毛刷，膠輥及風(fēng)力根據(jù)厚度同時升降，較大行程可達(dá)300mm，升降控制可通過PLC自動控制；
3、合片室內(nèi)的行走吸盤吊架可人工操作，簡便的行走到相對位置，將多片玻璃精確疊合誤差＜±0.5mm；
4、合片臺設(shè)計可升降作業(yè)工作臺面，電動PVB膠膜字自動放膜和收膜，膜筒數(shù)量可1-5卷膜選擇配置；
5、預(yù)壓機(jī)更具獨特設(shè)計和極高的配置實現(xiàn)玻璃的出示壓合成形，加熱機(jī)通過紅外加熱管對玻璃進(jìn)行加熱，
每根加熱管1.8~2.0kW，每臺配置 24根（上12根下12根），可更均勻的加熱，具有更高的熱效率，
同時主加熱區(qū)設(shè)有熱循環(huán)可實現(xiàn)均勻加熱；
6、高壓釜采用PLC程序自動化控制，安裝有外接線加熱元件及獨特的循環(huán)系統(tǒng)和水冷卻系統(tǒng)，安全可靠，
